For most people, their home is one of the (if not the) biggest investments they have. Buying and selling assets of that size can be a daunting task with a myriad of challenges throughout the process. I recently read that the stress of house buying can physically and mentally age you two years. Amazingly, the stress of selling can be even higher. If you really want pressure, try both at the same time. A good realtor will help navigate you through the entire experience, and maybe even help prevent you from aging before your time. The Michelle Froedge Real Estate Team aims to do that for each of their clients — handling the details and removing the stress.

Michelle Froedge Real Estate Team – Their Story

Michelle landed in Nashville in 1997, pursuing her musical career with passion and dedication. A transplant from Arizona, she spent her first few years working different jobs and singing in music studios before settling into real estate in 2004. She has spent the last 9 years building relationships with clients and other realtors, steadily growing her business. She now has a whole team of professionals that work with her to provide outstanding service to her clients. Her team includes another licensed agent, a Marketing Assistant, and a Showing Assistant, all three of whom share Michelle’s desire to give clients the best real estate experience possible.

What You Will Love

  1. The team – Whether you speak with Michelle, Kat, Carrie or Jill, you are guaranteed to have your questions answered, your concerns heard and your anxieties relieved. They pride themselves on being available for clients.
  2. The Process – Michelle and her team also take the time to detail the the entire process for each buyer/seller, giving an overview of how things should work and what to expect. This allows her clients to be well educated before they even get started.
  3. Knowledge – The real estate industry is a rapidly fluctuating one with constant change to regulations and laws. Michelle keeps continuing education as a top priority so that she is always able to best serve and protect her clients.
  4. Relationships – Everyone knows a story of someone selling/buying a home before it was even on the market. Michelle  is the kind of realtor who makes that happen. She has a strong networking process with many different groups, an absolutely priceless asset for clients.

Community

The Michelle Froedge Real Estate Team works with the community in multiple ways. In the past she has organized events such as gutting flooded homes and “honey-do” lists at adult homes. Team members serve on the Junior League, and they have helped Habitat for Humanity multiple times. There is also a new project still in the development stages that will help get pet food for Meals on Wheels participants.

Social Media

Michelle is active on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. They use these platforms to share valuable and interesting information about the industry and the Nashville area in general. The amount of time spent each week on social media fluctuates depending on the amount of information they have to share. As they continue to find new ways to increase their online visibility, they are working on establishing goals and a plan for their social media marketing.

They also release a newsletter each Friday and a Vendor Spotlight twice a month. The Vendor Spotlight showcases a local business, providing valuable insights for readers. Michelle finds the newsletter to be of great success, translating into trackable results for both her team and the vendors that are spotlighted.

As a 9 year real estate professional and Williamson County resident, Michelle has certainly seen many market changes in Middle Tennessee. The recent housing rebound and population boom in Nashville have brought their own unique challenges to home buying and selling. If you don’t want to stress about every detail, let Michelle and her team handle it for you.
