Week 1-2

  1. Agreement on price/scope/timeline
  2. Contract paperwork & payment received
  3. Initial design board sent to your team
  4. Your team approves or makes changes to design board

Week 3-4

  • cSocially updates design board if needed
  • cSocially creates and sends over mock up of site layout
  • You approve or request changes
  • cSocially updates the mock up per changes, if needed
  • You send all site assets via shared dropbox folder (text, images, videos)
  • cSocially begins site development on a temporary URL

Week 5-6

  • cSocially emails version 1.0 of website for review
  • You send over first round of revisions
  • cSocially makes corrections and sends back for approval
  • Second round of revisions sent by client
  • cSocially makes corrections and sends back for approval
  • Approve or change design, including any final outstanding texts/images/video content
  • Final version sent, all links, forms & assets checked by cSocially
  • You test & approve or request final changes
  • Payment made, website made live, tutoring on how to use new site scheduled

This is a 6-week timeline, but we know from experience that sometimes things take a little longer than anticipated, so we account for a 6 – 8 week turnaround on the projects.

This new site will be designed per the specifications of Tracy Frist and the team at Sinking Creek VA. We will collaborate using Dropbox to share site assets (text, images, videos) and you will have the opportunity to review and request changes to design elements and layout during the review process.

  • Clear photos with good lighting of the farm & the cattle on the farm
  • Pictures of processed beef cuts
  • Headshots for team page of each person
  • Pictures of performance/cutting horses
  • Pictures of Keeper
  • Picture of school tour or bus if possible
  • Does the farm have an entrance gate/sign? If so, a good picture of that would be nice.

We have looked through the Facebook photos & will use what we can of those. There are some great shots, but some of those are too small to use on the website.
